NETFLIX Hyperdrive Car in SF on Sunday

Faruk Kugay, a competitor on Hyperdrive, now streaming on NETFLIX, will be appearing with the car that he drove on the show at Escape From New York Pizza's Haight Street location in San Francisco. He'll be there this Sunday from 11:00-2:00 to meet fans and host photo opportunities with him and his car.

Until Hyperdrive, very few people knew that Faruk worked many jobs to make ends meet while competing as a Pro 1 Formula Drift driver, including delivering pizzas for Escape From New York Pizza. Faruk is a great example to youth, that if you have a dream, work hard to achieve it.

Faruk's instagram account has been ablaze from the show, growing at an exponential pace and doubling in the past month. Aside from the car enthusiast crowd, he's found a huge connection with Turkish people (where his father is from), immigrants (he was born in Poland), and everyone who's ever been the underdog.
